Prestwick high street is only a 10 minute walk from the
house, and has an excellent array of shops and pubs and
restaurants and even the odd take away.
The beach is another 5 minutes from the town centre and
there are a number of play areas for children both indoor
and outdoor. The Royal Troon golf course and the course in
Prestwick are superb driving ranges and also leisure
facilities such as a health spa, fitness centre and tennis courts.
